Honey Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1 Prepared 9 inch pie crust
1 cup Honey
1/2 cup Light corn syrup
1/4 cup Salted butter
3 large Eggs
1 1/2 cups Chopped pecans
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
Ice cream for serving (if desired)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Arrange pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate, and crimp or scallop the edges as desired.
  2. Heat the honey and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in the butter and vanilla. Whisk in the eggs, but do not let them scramble.
  3. Stir the pecans into the saucepan, then pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool, then serve with ice cream if desired.
