Beef liver (sliced very thin)
Seasoning to taste
Cheese for serving (if desired)
Step by Step Instructions
- Arrange the slices of liver on a baking sheet. Set the oven to the lowest heat possible.
- Let the liver cook for about an hour, then flip the pieces and cook for about another hour.
- Season to taste, then serve with cheese or store in an airtight container for later snacking.
